1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aaajilo ("aaajilo", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at aaajilo.net. By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on aaajilo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of aaajilo is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. aaajilo reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending transactions cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

aaajilo is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the aaajilo platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers. aaajilo makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration

To use aaajilo, you must create a single account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your account.
• aaajilo reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

aaajilo may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals or large deposits. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaajilo login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

aaajilo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from aaajilo that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify aaajilo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. aaajilo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your aaajilo account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you have notified us in writing of unauthorized access.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aaajilo supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on aaajilo is ₱50. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction. aaajilo reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days.
• aaajilo reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal details you provide are accurate. aaajilo will not be liable for any funds lost due to incorrect payment details submitted by the player. Disputes regarding transactions must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

aaajilo is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the platform are monitored. aaajilo may freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by aaajilo are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses issued by aaajilo are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details. aaajilo reserves the right to void bonus winnings where it determines that the wagering requirement was fulfilled through low-risk, systematic, or otherwise abusive betting patterns.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• aaajilo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• aaajilo may refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been abused.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or in breach of these Terms will be voided in full.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account without further notice. The default validity period for bonuses is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on aaajilo — including live baccarat, roulette, sic bo, slot machines, sports betting markets, sabong, and bingo — is governed by its own set of rules. These individual game rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, aaajilo reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on aaajilo cover Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other events. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. aaajilo reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stakes on any event at its sole discretion. Settlement of bets will follow the official result of the relevant governing body.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of an obvious error in published odds, lines, or game outcomes — including but not limited to typographical errors, system faults, or feed errors — aaajilo reserves the right to correct the error and settle affected bets at the corrected price or void them entirely. aaajilo's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aaajilo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Impersonating another player, aaajilo staff, or any third party.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the aaajilo platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the aaajilo platform — including but not limited to the aaajilo brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of aaajilo or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aaajilo platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any aaajilo content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aaajilo software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the platform.
• Create derivative works based on aaajilo content without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of aaajilo's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

9 Privacy & Data

aaajilo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account with aaajilo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aaajilo uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. aaajilo will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except as required by law or regulatory authority.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaajilo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the aaajilo platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or system outages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account by third parties.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services.
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by data feed providers.

aaajilo makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by aaajilo

aaajilo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• aaajilo suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• aaajilo is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• You have requested self-exclusion through aaajilo's responsible gaming tools.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your aaajilo account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the aaajilo platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of your use of the aaajilo platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit aaajilo's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Contact & Disputes

If you have any questions about these Terms, wish to raise a complaint, or need to report a dispute regarding a transaction or game outcome, please contact the aaajilo support team in the first instance. aaajilo is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

All dispute resolution requests must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. aaajilo's decision on all disputes shall be final, subject to any applicable rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.
